Terms and Conditions

  • It's free to join the EarMaster affiliate program.
  • With the EarMaster Affiliate program, you earn commissions on the sales generated by each customer within 120 days (4 months) from the time they have clicked on an affiliate link on your website.
  • The commission rate is 20% of the sales price excluding VAT (VAT is only added to European customers)
    • If a non-EU customer buys a site license at US$ 699, you earn US$ 139.80
    • If a EU-based customer buys a Site license at EUR 679 (= EUR 543 + VAT) you earn EUR 108.60 (about US$ 155)
  • You become an affiliate in both our European webshop (in Euro) and our International webshop (in US$). This means that you earn commissions on the worldwide web sales! However, we have a distribution agreement in a few countries that prohibits us to sell online. This means that you will not earn commissions for customers from: Denmark, Germany, and Norway.
  • You must have a verified PayPal account to be accepted as an affiliate.
  • Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis through Paypal.
  • Before being paid out, all commissions are held for a minimum period of 30 days following the sale. This is to accommodate any possible product returns.
  • The pay-out threshold is US$ 50 for the International webshop and EUR 40 for the European webshop. If Commissions do not exceed the threshold, they will be held until your next pay-out.
  • At least one of your links to the EarMaster website must have the words "ear training" in the anchor text. Examples:
    In addition, the "nofollow" tag must not be used in any link.
  • EarMaster ApS reserves the right to reject any proposed application.
