How to reproduce it:
1. start EM
2. maximize it
3. grab a corner of the window to resize it (shrink)
4. resize slowly
5. observe the window size is getting smaller but content is still visible
6. at some point some content will be cut off from the window (e.g. staff) yet, scrollbars won't appear --> bug
