Estuvimos en el I Congreso de Educación e Investigación Musical de Madrid! -

EarMaster Aps estuvo en Madrid en el I Congreso de Educación e Investigación Musical. A este importantísimo evento acudieron el Director General de EarMaster Hans Jakobsen y el Director de Marketing para España Patricio Moya. El congreso fue organizado por la SEM-EE, Sociedad para la Educación Musical en el Estado Español, con el objeto de exponer y compartir opiniones y experiencias en investigación, enfoques pedagógicos y metodológias aplicadas en el campo de la educación musical, así como de conseguir un mayor acercamiento entre el Conservatorio y la Universidad en España. "Tenemos que decir que el trato que nos dio toda la gente de la SEM-EE fue increible, y que quedamos encantados con todas las personas con las cuales tuvimos le oportunidad de conversar, muy especialmente con María Elena Riaño Directora de la SEM-EE y a la cual le enviamos un saludo y deseamos agradecer tanta amabilidad". ESMUC - Lanzamiento de la versión de EarMaster en Catalán! - 4 de

El día 3 de marzo EarMaster y la Esmuc de Barcelona realizarán oficialmente el lanzamiento de la versión Catalana de
EarMaster! Este importante evento se realizará en la sede de la ESMUC de Barcelona y a el asistirán el director de EarMaster Aps Hans Jacobsen y el Director de Ventas y Marketing Patricio Moya Obel. Esta nueva versión de EarMaster School en Catalán espera que todos los músicos y profesores de habla catalana puedan utilizar EarMaster en su hermoso idioma. La prestigiosa revista de música Músico Pro ha en su edición de mayo, escrito una completa reseña acerca de EarMaster Pro 5! Esta completa reseña en Músico Pro comenta que: "EarMaster es un entrenamiento privado que incluye clases de solfeo, contrapunto y armonía; muy fácil de usar y muy completo. Es como tener el conservatorio de música en tu casa.!" No podríamos soñar con una mejor descripción de EarMaster para los personas de habla hispana en el mundo! EarMaster 5 ahora también en Portugués - 9 de Mayo 2007
| EarMaster ha sido recientemente traducido al Portugués, ahora son 15 los idiomas en
los que se puede adquirir EarMaster. Así que Bemvindo! La posibilidad de poner esta nueva traducción a disposición de nuestros amigos de habla portuguesa fue gracias a la inapreciable ayuda de Tiago Figueiredo, Profesor de la Escola de Música do Conservatório Nacional (Conservatorio Nacional de Música) en Lisboa. Si deseas tener todos los últimos idiomas incluidos en EarMaster, abre tu programa EarMaster y ve al menú de Ayuda allí elije Comprobar actualizaciones, desde ahí, sigue las instrucciones de actualización del programa. |

| La publicación en inglés Computer Music ha recientemente hecho una estupenda reseña de EarMaster, la cual
comenta que nuestro programa
"merece absolutamente la pena en términos de dinero y tiempo".

Todo el equipo de EarMaster al completo estuvo en el Musikmesse de Frankfurt. Allí estuvimos en el stand de nuestro distribuidor para Alemania Klemm Musik. Fue estupendo haber podido hablar con tanta gente y además darnos cuenta del tremendo interés que existe por EarMaster, fueron 2 días muy intensos!!.. De regreso de NAMM y del encuentro con el experto en ear training, el Profesor Mason - 2 de Febrero 2007

La convención NAMM ha terminado y un montón de visitantes de la feria han escuchado acerca de EarMaster en el stand de nuestro distribuidor para América eMedia. Allí nos reunimos y conversamos con un gran número de personas muy interesantes y vimos además una gran cantidad de fantásticos productos.
En la convención también estuvimos con el profesor Thom Mason el cual es profesor de la linea de Jazz en el USC Thornton School of Music, en y donde su mayor interés está enfocado en la pedagogía, la enseñanza y aplicación del ear training en el Jazz. El profesor Mason es un experto músico de jazz y ha aparecido en una gran serie de producciones discográficas al mismo tiempo que ha editado cuatro álbumes propios. También es autor de varios libros de capacidad aural tales como, The Art of Hearing (Hal Leonard), Ear Training for Improvisers (Alfred) y uno que será editado muy pronto bajo el título de Jazz Ears. El profesor Mason se ha mostrado muy entusiasta acerca de EarMaster y hemos conversado acerca de una futura cooperación. Show, to catch up on all the latest technologies and ideas in the music business. We will use this new knowledge

musicians, students and music lovers to work with EarMaster in their own langauge.

EarMaster 5 has been reviewed by music teacher Erik Berg Olsen from Naerum Amtsgymnasium (higher secondary school) in the union magazine Musikbladet. He praises EarMaster 5 for being an intuitive and very accessible tool that will make ear training and music theory fun for students of all ages.
Students, who find theory and ear training tedious and boring, will benefit greatly from using EarMaster and Mr. Olsen backs this up with examples from his own teaching experience. EarMaster in brain research! - April 27th 2006
| EarMaster has now entered the world of science! A group of three scientist from New York University (Department of Physiology and Neuroscience) and University of Oregon (Department of Human Physiology and School of Music) has published
a paper in “Experimental Brain Research”. The title of the paper is “Accuracy and underlying mechanisms of shifting movements in cellists”
and it is basically about how string players play in tune. One of their questions was whether musicians with higher perceptual abilities (aural abilities) - would show increased pitch accuracy. They used EarMaster’s interval exercises to test this! And now it is scientifically proved: “We correlated pitch performance (both variability and accuracy) with auditory perceptual abilities (interval identification) and performance proficiency in all cellists. We found that there were significant positive correlations between the perceptual ability and the pitch accuracy, and performance proficiency and accuracy…” Ear training works! Tell your friends! EarMaster at Musikmesse Frankfurt 2006 - April 3rd 2006
| The Frankfurt Messe 2006 is well over and we had a pleasant and hectic stay there. Five EarMaster Pro and School demonstrations were held every day and we would like to thank everyone who dropped by and listened. It was great seeing new faces every day
and it was a pleasure talking to some of you after the demonstrations.
Our attendance at the Musikmesse was a great showcase for us - an opportunity to show that EarMaster is the world-leader in ear training software. The Frankfurt Messe is breathtakingly huge, so we of course spent our spare time searching for inspiration. We had a lot of interesting talks and got lots of exciting promising ideas. Plans and initiatives were revealed and discussed. Stay tuned in this news section! |

EarMaster in Frankfurt! - March 1st 2006
| EarMaster will attend the Frankfurt Music Fair from March 29th to April 1st and we’ll be located at our German distributor, Klemm Music Technology’s fair stand [Hall 5.1 C78-C83]. Being enthusiastic musicians ourselves, we’re of course thrilled to attend this huge event, because it’s the perfect showcase for EarMaster. Every day demonstrations and presentations will be held in both English end German. Kenneth, representing EarMaster Communication & Marketing, will host 3-4 daily demonstrating presentations in English, and Jörg, representing Klemm Music Technology, will host a number of presentations in German. These presentations will take you through the program’s different facets, and features and we’ll illustrate why EarMaster 5  is the number one interactive and musical ear training software available. We’ll illustrate how to work the program and most importantly; how you’ll benefit from the program!
