answer input on bass staff

Post by stebinus » Nov 17, 2005 5:14 am

In the customized exercise interval identification when attempting to input answers as notes on the bass clef staff(I use the double G and F clef exercise setting), the lowest note I can input is the d in the middle line. Any notes I try to input below d show up as d and result in incorrect answers.

If you have a small screen resolution, EarMaster shows a scrollbar on the staff. I found that when the scrollbar is visible, EarMaster can limit the tones in a wrong way, which is a bug. You can use the Check for update function in EarMaster to see when it has been solved.

Until then, just make sure you maximize the EarMaster window and reduce the number of "Answer input" options on the screen, so the staff is not shown with a scrollbar.

It has now been fixed and the updated installation program is available for download.
