Symbols Instead of Notes

When I loaded up Ear Master today and began an exercise, all of the notes on the staff had been replaced with a strange symbol that looks like the letter 'W' with a box around it. Not sure what has happened as it has been fine all the previous times I've used it.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi there

This is a bug that were in one of the previous versions of EarMaster. If you update EarMaster that should fix it. In the program, go to help->check for updates.
