While accessing the students results, I'm receiving the error 300.
I tried to restar earmaster several times, doing both local or cloud login and the error presists, what should I do? Thanks

This message means that EarMaster Cloud can't find your account in the Cloud. Could you please contact and tell us what your school account ID and user name are in EarMaster Cloud?
