EarMaster 6.2 not working (Windows 10)

I was working on EarMaster 6.2 for two months on Windows 10. When I tried to open it today, it showed me this message and stopped working. I reinstall and nothing changes. Any suggests about what's the solution?

You will find a file called Setting.da6 in C://ProgramData/EarMaster/6.0/Data/

You can delete that file, and then launch EarMaster. That might solve the problem.

If that didn't help, you can delete the whole EarMaster folder in C://ProgramData/ and then reinstall EarMaster (this will delete all your results and progress though)
