Synchronisation problem

The synchronisation no longer works. Every time I try I get the error code 300 : user does not exist in this folder.
I work with version 7 on Windows 10. The students names are deleted already in the class list so this is not the problem.

Hi,

It sounds like your local copy got out of sync. Clicking on the refresh icon in the Student Results window while pressing and holding the ALT key on your computer keyboard should fix the problem. It's a shortcut to "hard-refresh" all data from the cloud.
