recover EMpro5 [Solved]

Post by studiboreali » Nov 09, 2012 8:04 am

After installing the trial version of EM6 I lost the old version of EMpro5 that I had bought time ago. How can I recover my old version of EMpro5?
Thank-you very much!

Hello,

The old version should not be removed, they should be able to be on your computer at the same time.

Could you please contact support@earmaster.com and mention your operative system so that the developers receive your message directly and help you the best they can?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Quentin

Unfortunately installing the new beta version of EM6 the old EMpro5 was automatically deleted. And now I don't know how to restore it.
I'll try to write an e-mail as you suggest!
Thank-you!

I had no answer to the e-mail I wrote to support@earmaster.com. Now the trial version of EM6 that deleted the old version of EMpro5 is expired and so I cannot use EM...
Please, how can I resolve?
Thank-you!
