Lesson 4.5 freeze - 1/4 rest

Post by Ninasen » Jun 29, 2017 11:12 am

I have tried working on lesson 4.5 more than a few times. The application freezes and I have yet to manage to place a 1/4 rest in my answer.

I don't know if the issue is related to the 1/4 rest...

Anyone else seen this problem?

I downloaded the app within the last week. I am using an iPad mini, so still using iOS 9

I would very much like to use the program as well as spend some money on the beginners course. But I need to get it working first :-)

Hi,
Some users with older iPad models running OS9 have experienced the same issue as you. The App can freeze in some specific cases. We are still working on a fix, and hopefully the next update pof the APp should solve that. Until then, try to free as much computing power as possible on your iPad: close most or all other Apps when running EarMaster (especially resource intensive ones), shut Bluetooth or Wifi, etc. I know it's not veery convenient, but like I mentioned, we're working on fixing this, so it's just a temporary workaround.
