Problem with my school Cloud lessons / i can’t see the piano

Hello,
I’m a studient of a school which uses EarMaster cloud services with us.
I access to the lessons vía iPad 2 and iPad Pro.

In the melodic dictation lessons i don’t see the piano so i can’t study them.

Here’s what i see in the lesson screen:

In rythmic dictation lessons also get a strange view. It only happens to me in the school cloud lessons not in the app lessons. Tested with iPad 2 with iOS 9.3.5. and iPad Pro with iOS 11.2

Hello,

Can you please open the exercise option s(using button shaped like a list at the top right of the screen) and select different instruments for the Upper and Lower instrument options? The set it back to what you are used to.

Also, it would be great if you could ask your teacher to send us the course that causes this problem, so that we understand why the app is behaving that way with it? DO any of your school mates experience the same problem?

Thank you for the answer.
I tried to choose different instruments but the options for upper and lower instruments are greyed and locked so i can’t change them.

Hello,

There is a problem with some custom made courses that force instruments instead of just allowing them. This will be fixed as soon as possible, but unitl then, please aks your teacher to update the course by changing the "Exercise Control Settings" for the instruments from "Forced enable" to "User may choose". In doubt, please ask him ro her to contact us directly at support@earmaster.com
