Problem solved as you said , the issue was with the forced instruments.

I tried to choose different instruments but the options for upper and lower instruments are greyed and locked so i can’t change them.

I’m a studient of a school which uses EarMaster cloud services with us.
I access to the lessons vía iPad 2 and iPad Pro.

In the melodic dictation lessons i don’t see the piano so i can’t study them.

Here’s what i see in the lesson screen:
