I finally got it to work. It seem like there was some conflict with another program, so I had to install it under a clean boot which is discribed at

Yes, I have administrator access level on the the laptop I am trying to install EarMaster on.

Hi,

I bought a copy of EarMaster5 and tried to install it on my laptop running Windows Vista and got the following error:

SETUP
Internal error: Failed to expand shell folder
constant "userappdata"

How do I fix this problem?
