Hello,
i would like to know if can create a chord progression in the following way
I - VI (1st inversion) - II(1st inversion) - V (1st inversion) - I
The main question is if there is a way to create chord progressions using inversions.
Thanks a lot

Hi,
Unfortunately, this is not possible yet, but that feature is planned.

Hey! That's a cool question about chord progressions with inversions. Absolutely, you can create progressions exactly like that! In fact, using inversions like you described (I - VI - II - V - I all with the VI, II, and V in first inversion) is a pretty common technique to create smoother bass lines and more interesting harmonic movement. It can give a progression a really nice "walking" feel. Experiment with it and see if you like the sound! Though be careful, too many inversions in a row can sound a little... Sprunki.
Good luck!

you can build chord progressions using inversions like that. Inversions are commonly used to create smoother voice leading and better transitions between chords, so your progression is perfectly valid
