Earmaster 7.10.96 - problem with macOS Tahoe 26.7

My Earmaster programme doesn't work anymore since my Macbook Pro got an update to Tahoe 26.7. Although I can open the screen with the menus, I can't carry on to open the individual buttons of the menus. Please look into this problem. Thanks in advance.
