Uninstall and Reinstall

Hi,

Any help with the following would be appreciated.

I need to reformat my hard drive to get rid of junk in the registry and start fresh.

I purchased EarMaster by download some time ago. I've got a working copy on the computer, but no disk.

How can I do this without having to buy another copy?

You can always download EarMaster from our website. Just remember to write down your full serial number before formatting your harddisk. You can find your serial number in the e-mail we sent you when you purchased EarMaster from us. If you somehow lost this e-mail we should be able to find it for you. Just send us an e-mail from the about us page with your full name, address, the e-mail you used and the approximate time of purchase.
