Is it possible or will it be possible to replace the midi sounds with real life instrument samples?
http://www.uvisoundsource.com/ offers some instrument samples, but if I purchase these samples, I do not know how to configure Earmaster to use them. I also thought Guitarpro's RSE could be somehow configured to play instead of the midi.

Hi,
It is indeed possible if you use a MIDI routing program like MIDI YOKE or LOOPBE1 (both for Windows), and it works great. I have tried it here at the office with Kontakt player, Kore Player, and a couple more and it really does the trick .
After you have installed a MIDI routing program, all you need to do is to route the MIDI output of EarMaster to MIDI Yoke or LoopBe1, and select the one you chose to the MIDI input of your sample player.

Thanks for the reply.
I'll see what I can do with these programs you mentioned. I assume there are soundcards that have instrument samples built into them as well.
