volume becomes too low

Hi,
after several error message in reading .dll at adress 000000 the MIDI out volume is too low.
(settings are like before and like download/file.php?id=33&mode=view)
Rebooting does not solve the problem. (rythm volume and other volumes are OK)

EarMaster Pro 6.2 (build 654PW)
windows 7 Home Premium

To solve this issue I had to dis-install completely and then reinstall (and re-enter the license number). Reinstall without dis-installing did not solve this issue.
