Software not working on Mac OS High Sierra

Hello,

I bought this software in the apple store but since I upgraded my mac, it is not working anymore. I guess it is because it is made with adobe's technologies.

What should I do to have a working copy of my EarMaster Pro? Downgrading my OS is not an option.

Some info: I cannot retrieve my serial number because all the dialog boxes in the application do not display any controls. That is to say, apart from the menu that is working, all the windows are empty grey canvases.

I only have my apple id that did that purchase

Hello,

EarMaster 6 is compatible with Mac OS 10.6 to 10.12. It can't be used on other versions unfortunately (previous or later). If you can't have a partition with a compatible version of Mac OS, you can upgrade to version 7. In that case, please send us a copy of your receipt from Apple by email at support@earmaster.com, as there are no serial numbers in the App Store version.
