Login Credentials Earmaster Cloud Private Users

Hi

I bought the monthly subscription for Earmaster 7 Cloud for individuals. Now when I want to login the Cloud it asks me for an account name, a user name and a password. But as a private user all I have is my e-mail address and my password. On the User Control Panel there isn't anything you can do to create an account with user name and account name and this stuff.

So I can't login and use the software.

If you are not enrolled in an EarMaster Cloud school account, you can simply leave the School Account field blank, as mentioned in the signup confirmation email
