MacBook input

In Rhythm Dictation, the options to enter notes are listed with numbers associated with them; e.g. quarter is 4, eight is 3. Does this only work for numeric keypad entry? I cannot get the cursor to change via any keyboard input. I'm too slow with the mouse and the example times out with the answer before I can enter my options. Also, it replays the sample too soon.

In the "Exercise settings" menu, you can change the "Auto replay question" to any seconds you like, or disable the feature. And you can set the "Answer time limit" to "No time limit", and that will give you the nessesary time you need to make all your inputs.

And yes, the numbers associated to each note works only for the numeric keypad, so you'll need to set "Num Lock" to on.

thanks, but the MacBook is a laptop with no Numeric keypad.
Suggestion for next version: laptop option for fn key plus number key.
thanks,
