Using licence??? Serial number???

I've bought earmaster essential 5 in CD-ROM and it will work for only 21 days because I don't know why, it's a trial version. I'm suppose to buy a using licence to have a serial number but I don't know where to buy it because the link in the program doesn't exist(the website changes). The websites sell only the stuff for earmaster 6. So where can I buy this famous using licence and receive this famous serial number for earmaster essential 5 ?

For US and Canadian versions, the S/N is usually on the manual. It is made of 3 series of characters separated by dashes.
If you can't find the serial number, please contact the shop where you bought the software or get in touch with eMedia.
