Problem with rythm exercises

Post by Barastaros » May 21, 2015 2:10 pm

Hi all,

I've found a problem using Earmaster. I don't know if I've mistaken something or if it is a technical problem.

In many occasions, while I'm doing rythm exercises, Earmaster understand that I've made a clap for each beat of the metronome, even when I don't do anything. I have tested the microphone, but it is OK ( the microphone recognizes my clap but only if I do any noise). Could you give me any advice about what I should do?

Best regards,

Antonio

Hello,

It could sound like the metronome ticks are going into your mic and are counted as part of your answer.
For any exercise involving a microphone, it is highly recommended to use headphones, so that EarMaster's own sounds are not being fed into your mic.
