The installation of earmaster pro 5 (build 576P) is running well, when starting the programm the windows error: access violation at addr. 00000017. writing of addr. E855A2B0 occures.

can you please help me? Thanks!

I haven't experienced this error myself but there have been some bug fixes since 576P. Have you tried downloading EarMaster Pro from this website to see if it solves your problem?

I've just downloaded and installed the newest version, but still the same error occurs. Uwe

Uninstall it and run the regedit and delete everything relate about the earmaster. Then download and install. It should do the trick

I deleted all regedit-entries I found and then installed earmaster again. But still got the same error
