Serial Number recovery problem

Hi, I´m from Spain. I was using EM5 and i Uprgraded to EM pro 6. I have tried to recover my serial number, but the serial sent to my mail is the EM5 serial, not the EM6.

What´s the problem?

It could be because you have purchased EM6 from a disbritutor, and not registered your license with us. If you get in touch with us at saleandsupport@earmaster.com, and send us the email that you used to activate EarMaster 6, then we should be able to find your serial number for you.
