I'm leaving for vacation and want to move EM from my desktop computer to my notebook computer. How can I transfer all my settings and data from one computer to the other?

You can export your results with the "File" - "Export" - "Export results and lessons to disk" function.
If you are a little technical then you can instead copy all the data files to you laptop installation. Simply copy the following folder with all its contents to the same position at your laptop:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\EarMaster\5.0
