Frame rate / main thread issues on m2 mac book

Not sure if was reported, but having frame rate issues on m2 macbook pro.
Specifically menu navigation.
Also a slight latency in entering notation in dictation e.g. ~300-500ms delay between putting a note/rest on staff and it appearing.

Thanks for reporting this. The reaction of the interface can be slightly delayed on Mac, both Intel and Silicon, so we're working on a fix at the moment, which consists in using a faster graphic layer in macOS.
