Hello,

Our contact info is on the Contact page of our website.

We answer ALL e-mails on a daily basis, and can also be reached by phone between 8am and 4 pm (GNT +1).

Hans and myself were at a music teacher conference in Texas last week so replies have been delayed a bit but I have already sent a reply to your posts on this forum.
