How do I activate my trial version. I have been charged for the software, but the drop down window in Help does not finish my activation after entering my serial number.

Hello,
Have you tried to simply copy-paste the serial number in the program instead of entrering it manually. The three series of characters have to be entered precisely as they are shown in your purchase confirmation.
