Individual Question result colors

Post by BillM » Nov 07, 2023 9:08 am

As you answer questions in a lesson, the result is green (correct) or red (incorrect). This works fine for YES or NO questions or even some multiple-choice questions.

However, there are activities where your score for a single question could range anywhere from 0 to 100. Seeing the results as either red or green doesn't give you an accurate idea of how you did on individual questions. Why not look into a gradient color scheme where RED and GREEN are at the extremes?

In a similar suggestion, could the score for individual questions be shown?

Thank You for looking at this!

The color coding for exercises with scores as percentages is defined by an internal passing threshold that the teacher who made the lessons decided on. It usually ranges between 70-90%. However, as you question shows, that color coding has limited use when you don't know what the passing threshold is. We should find a way to display it to the user somewhere.

Also, being able to see the scores for each individual question could be great indeed!

Both points will be added to our development feature requests. Those are reviewed by our team on a weekly basis and prioritized.
