I got a serial number and tried to register my product, but it is still in trial mode. They charged for the software, but it is still in trial mode?

Hello,
Have you tried to simply copy-paste the serial number in the program instead of entrering it manually. The three series of characters have to be entered precisely as they are shown in your purchase confirmation.
