Ascending Minor 3rd
I found Samba de Janerio to be very effective - It's catchy, the interval is noticeable multiple times in the song and you can't get it confused with other intervals. You also hear it in multiple keys, so I think it's a really good piece to use as a mnemonic for an Ascending Minor 3rd.
