Hi, yes it was selected both as default input and output.
But the issue was actually driver related. There is a new universal driver called 'Universal Control', you can download it here: https://www.presonus.com/products/audiobox-usb/downloads
Now everything works perfectly!

Hello, I can't get my setup to work which is as follows: Shure SM58 mic plugged into channel 1 of a PreSonus Audiobox USB. OS is Windows 10. A signal is detected if open the Windows sound control. I can also use the mic within the Studio 1 2.6... software without any issues. But in the EarMaster mic...
