Order delivery

Orders paid by card or PayPal are delivered by email as soon as the payment is completed. Upgrades and EarMaster Cloud licenses are handled by our staff during office hours.

Subscriptions and renewals

Personal subscriptions (monthly or annual) are covered by the EarMaster Subscription terms, which you accept when you create your subscription account. They renew automatically until you cancel in your account dashboard at cloud.earmaster.com. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

The One-Year All-Access Pass is paid once and does not renew automatically.

EarMaster Cloud annual licenses renew every year. The renewal is invoiced by email to the billing email given in the first order. You can stop further renewals by notifying EarMaster in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Payment

You can pay with:

  • Credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, Carte Bleue, JCB, UnionPay, Discover), processed on the secure server of our payment processor Stripe.
  • PayPal, processed on PayPal's secure server.
  • Wire transfer of the amount shown in the order confirmation to EarMaster ApS's bank account in Denmark. Your bank may charge a fee for the transfer.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

You can try EarMaster before you buy: download the free version at www.earmaster.com/download/ and check that your device meets the system requirements.

Licenses and subscriptions are digital content that is delivered immediately. When you place an order, you ask us to deliver it at once and accept that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal, as Danish and EU consumer law allows. Purchases are therefore non-refundable, except as mandatory law provides.

If the software does not work as described, contact our support. We will fix the problem, and if we cannot, you have the rights the law gives you, such as a price reduction or a refund. A device that does not meet the system requirements is not a fault in the software.

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. Orders from schools, companies and other organizations cannot be withdrawn.

After-sales services

EarMaster customers get free and unlimited email support. We answer within 24 hours on working days, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Danish time (CET/CEST).

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Consumers can also complain to Nævnenes Hus, the Danish consumer complaints board (www.naevneneshus.dk).
