EarMaster works on Mac OS 10.4.11 or superior. Simply download the program (trial version) from our website and activate it with your serial number. Notice however that a 1 PC/Mac license covers a desktop computer and a laptop (no matter what OS platform each is running). If you want to install it o...

Thanks. Have you checked the Audio/MIDI setup (in OS X) and/or in the M-Box's control panel and made sure that the MIDI is routed and activated as it should. Sorry for these very general questions, but EM's MIDI has been tested and re-tested with all kinds of set ups without any problem, so before o...

Hi,
This is unfortunately not possible in EarMaster yet. There is no doubt that it would be a great feature, so I guess it will be available in the next version.

Hi,
Is the green circle of the MIDI icon (at the bottom of the EarMaster window) getting brighter when you hit a tone?

Hello,
Unfortunately, the private folder can't be moved to other locations in the Mac version. But this option is on our to-do list for the next version.

The microphone icon is only greyed out in a few exercises where it can't be used, like rhythm dictation, rhythm correction, or if you add rhythm to a melodic dictation. Apart from these exercises, the icon can only be greyed out if you actively deselect it from the exercise parameters. We are planni...
