I have to agree with Guest. I reach a high level in interval identification and I just play guitar for 3 years now and I'm not that good. But now, I started to be able to tab myself the music I listen, not complicated one but it's better than before, few months ago. I wasn't able to do a simple song

It's a training software not a tutorial. To improve the earring, you MUST do exercices. Since I use it, I can see an improvement. The book who comes with the software, explain how to use the software, how to install it. In the help menu, you have some basic music knowledge. To train your ears, you have to do exercices. The software is all about that! :-D

Uninstall it and run the regedit and delete everything relate about the earmaster. Then download and install. It should do the trick
